Smith's Heating, Cooling, and Generators

Mr. Dusty and his team are not only knowledgeable, but also kind beyond compare. When I contacted him, he immediately answered and got me scheduled on his books. He kept me updated on exactly what time he would be arriving and even gave me notice before he came. He worked extremely fast to solve my issue. I cannot express how thankful I am to Mr. Dusty. I highly recommend him and his team to anyone. You cannot go wrong with these guys.

I absolutely, 100% recommend Smith's Heating!!!My elderly father lives in Mississippi, I live across the country. Unfortunately, his heater went out during the long, below freezing spell a couple of weeks ago and he called several companies with no response. I found Smith's heating, cooling after a google search and they answered right away. I was pretty emotional about the whole situation with my dad, worried about him making it through this. But they were angels! They sent someone out right away, got him fixed up until the part came in and then as soon as they got the part, they went and completed the repair. I believe the gentleman's name that serviced my central ac was Casey. Sorry if I'm wrong. He was kind, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He was able to get my ac cooling again in about an hour. 10/10 would recommend!Service: A/C system maintenance
