I called Grenn in a panic because of our well not working. I had brick layers on the job and no water. I called the office and the sweet lady said she would contact the service tech. Within an hour Mike called and told me he would do all that he could get to site and check things out.A few minutes after Mike called, we found where a backhoe had broken a remote line over the weekend.The well had ran for over 48 hours non stop and had over come and depleted the capacity of the well. After patching the broken line and waiting 2 hours our well regained its water volume and brick masons were able to return to work.I was able to contact Mike and told him the situation.Grenn were willing to help me out of a bind. They answered the phone and called me back. That speaks volumes of their commitment to service.
