On-Site Computer is a family-owned business that cares about its customers. Their prices are fair and more affordable than other local businesses. I am very satisfied with their customer service. I brought my laptop to On-Site over my Christmas break from college. It was running slow, taking 10-15 minutes just to load the sign-in screen. My laptop is primarily used for my schoolwork, so I really couldn't afford for it to die on me in the middle of the semester... I also couldn't afford a huge price tag for repairs or a new laptop if it came to that!

After giving On-Site a call, I dropped my laptop off with Will late in the afternoon, just a few days before Christmas. On-Site installed a solid-state hard drive and transferred all of my files onto the new drive. They also did a good cleaning of my laptop's interior, including the fan.
