“Our family has used Riemann's West Jackson County for 2 family members, we could not have asked for a better service experience. From the time they walked in, until after our services were completed their staff did everything possible to help us. Through their combined experience they had ideas that helped us in areas we would have never thought of, we did a cremation service. Our service director suggested Mom's grandkids could act as pallbearer to move our mother for transportation, after family hour. Such little things adding candles, allowing pallbearers were not something we thought of, but Riemann's staff did, their caring way of helping us create the type of service we wanted, but didn't know how to create.
