Don has been my go-to for work on my rental property since 2017. He is knowledgeable, dependable, responsive and does great work. I don’t live locally. In fact, I have never had the pleasure of netting him in person after all these years. That has NEVER affected the quality of service he provides or his timeliness in getting the issue(s) resolved. Honestly, having the professional relationship with him put my mind completely at ease as an out of town landlord without a property manager. He contacted me within 24 hr of submitting work order with home owners insurance. He was professional and efficient. Got the job done in minutes. He explained the process and what was the cause. I recommend this company.
