Moving can be stressful..but thanks to Matt the purchase of my new home in Gulfport went very smoothly (can't say the same for those who handled the sale of my property in Georgia). Matt was so helpful..he sent me info on inspectors (which he scheduled and took care of which is a big help when you are out of state)..he contacted the seller and had so items repaired...and sent me a list of utility providers in the area. Started looking for a house online and this Realtor is the one that called me back when I inquired on a house. That house was definitely not the house a first timer needed. Not only did he give me the truth about that house he kept me on the phone asking me question I didn't even know to ask myself so that he could find me one that fit my needs/wants. When we found one he put me on the right path during the WHOLE process. Any question i had he answered truthfully and quickly. If and when I go to sell and buy another house I will be coming back to him no doubt.
