These people are fantastic!!! I have an older central unit and I have them check it before summer and before winter. As a result I never have any problems! They are prompt, courteous, friendly, and trustworthy! I highly recommend them!!!

I contacted Brown and Sons concerning some duct work, office staff informed me that it might be the next day, but they would try to get to me that afternoon if they could. That afternoon, the office gave me a call before the crew started heading my way with an approximate time. I also received a text notification. Very friendly staff and quick service. Thank you!!

I highly recommend Brown & Son! They made the process of getting a new unit installed a breeze. Carol was very helpful with the financing part and Bennie was very helpful and knew the products very well! The men who came to install were nice as well. They even swept up after themselves lol (my husband told them multiple times they didn’t have to worry about it lol). All in all it was a great experience getting to work with them!
