They gave us advice on how to prevent some of the recurring issues we had with our kitchen sink and, on a separate occasion, fit us into a really tight schedule to do a quick tub repair when another plumbing service had told us (without even looking at it) that we'd have to replace the whole tub.

Had a PCV failure and didn't know until late in the afternoon. I texted Roy and he answered even while out of town. His crew was already stacked on jobs but they made sure to get it done WELL after hours. Truly excellent service I'm happy to recommend.
