Our family member is at The Mercy Rehab Center and a haircut was most definitely needed. She was very professional, kind, and sensitive to our family's needs. The haircut and beard trim were both accomplished quickly and he has a new bounce in his step. All the nurses, staff, and therapists were shocked at the difference in his appearance, and he is trilled with the outcome. Many others are asking for her contact info. “Sara was Amazing, she got us in and seated on very short notice. I brought my grandmother (long talons) and Grandmas toes were awful....Sara sent me home with a few tools as a gift, for me to help grandmas situation she has going on while we're at home until we can get back in next time.
