I've been getting custom spray tans for a few years from there. I only have the Asst. manager give me sprays because he's the best. With all of the Covid going on They closed some of their locations and let go of some of their best staff. So, I decided not to go back. I had a package deal that I never used this year and found out that I was being charged even though they knew I wasn't coming in. When I talked to the Manager Kelly she was rude and told me we're open so you're paying even if you don't want to come in! She then proceeded to hang up on me!
