“I visited Synergi MedSpa for a consultation with Alyssa. Reception checked me in right away and took me on a tour of the entire facility after offering me a bottled water. They gave me a folder with the bios for all the estheticians to let me know a little about their backgrounds in the medical field. Alyssa took time to share her experience before joining the practice and while she's been working with them. She answered all my questions and calmed all my fears. She explained there was a doctor on site at all times in case his expertise was needed or if there was a complication. She took photos of my face and explained exactly how the procedure would work. She gave me a sheet to take home with her recommendations and the expected cost for the work. Zero surprises! I look forward to booking my next appt since the consultation appt went so smoothly.“

“I had a hemorrhage with my nose and had to go by ambulance to Progress West Hospital emergency room. My nose was packed and I went up to third floor . I had to wait for an ENT doctor. I was released after 3 days and went home where I had to wait 3 days for Dr Cristel to examine and remove packing and treat the nose. He is a wonderful doctor and from what I understand a new face in the area. I took his card to my Provider and ask him to refer the new doctor to any of his patients who needed ENT doctor I wish him well as I understand the area is need of his services. I am grateful and appreciative of him as a person and for his knowledge as an ENT doctor.“
