On the phone he said it sounded like it was on the utility company end and to call the city to come check before he came so we didn’t have to pay for an unnecessary service call. City checked it, said it was on us. So he came and checked our whole house and knew it was on the city. City tried every way in the world to say it wasn’t them, and Mr. Williams said there was no way he was leaving until they had it fixed for us; he even got on the phone with them himself. He was very knowledgeable and professional, and went above and beyond to get our problem fixed when he didn’t have to do that. If we ever need an electrician again, he’d be my first call.“
