We were having trouble with the power in our house - no idea what it was. On the phone he said it sounded like it was on the utility company end and to call the city to come check before he came so we didn’t have to pay for an unnecessary service call. City checked it, said it was on us. So he came and checked our whole house and knew it was on the city. City tried every way in the world to say it wasn’t them, and Mr. Williams said there was no way he was leaving until they had it fixed for us; he even got on the phone with them himself. He was very knowledgeable and professional, and went above and beyond to get our problem fixed when he didn’t have to do that. If we ever need an electrician again, he’d be my first call.
Great staff, competitive prices especially considering they are the place to go for a lot of stuff one cant get in this area, like seamless gutter.
Only discussed getting blocks from them. The guy sounds very professional. We may actually do business with him in the future. Just not at this time.

The care and personal touches they took to ensure the flowers meet my requirements and my aunts needs were superb. Even called to make sure things were delivered as requested. He took me as a walk in. Short wait time led to a great haircut and beard trim. I was getting pretty shaggy.... Ok really shaggy. Went to a wedding 2 days after and was voted best beard. I will definitely be returning.

Coursey Cleaning came and picked my huge rug up, cleaned it, and returned it all for an amazing price that anyone can afford! They did such an amazing job cleaning. I will definitely be using them in the future!
The best lock and key shop in the West Plains area. Quick, efficient, and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them over any other in the area.

Sheliah solved all my computer problems (of which there were many) in a very short time. I thought the bill would be much higher than it was. Expert service and an affordable price, .... very rare these days.

Can't necessarily rate the place but I can rate my cosmetologist Dani she does a good job at cutting hair has really good advice, I'm comfortable getting my hair cut by her. And I'll be going back for sure

Straight back stitch braids by Ashley Cooper. She's the best! Never disappoints and always over delivers! Showed her a picture of what I wanted and she nailed it. Second set of braids with her and I won't go to anyone else! Book with her for all your braid needs you won't be disappointed.
Well I am blown away by this salon! Immediately the staff made me feel welcome and even special. Then I had the privilege of sitting under the scissors of Carolyn the owner and - WOW - I came out with a cut/styling that was way beyond my expectations. I didn't think my hair could look this great from just a cut, having been to many excellent stylists for cuts and perms over the years in other states. I have truly found "MY Stylist!" and I HIGHLY recommend this salon and especially recommend Carolyn. A great visit to a place that makes you feel special and leaves you looking as special as they make you feel! For real! Thank you Carolyn; I'll be back!
Requested style: Something that would bring out my curls and leave some length to my hair at the same time. My hair is very healthy and grows quickly. The length weighs it down and keeps the hair from "bouncing" with the curls. Carolyn nailed it with her gift for styling!
Specialties: They have a great facility for manicures and pedicures and even "Doctor Fish", which I had never heard of. They also have a travel agent there. The atmosphere there was warm and friendly.
Hair type: I have longer than shoulder length hair that has curl to it but needs the right cut/styling to bring out that curl. I used to get perms for MANY years in order to do that. Carolyn gave me a cut that does that. She is really good at what she does!

This is a great old fashioned barber shop! Loved the nostalgia. It connects to a coffee shop next door. I didn’t go over but I love the way the downtown area is coming back to life! Great service and I love the way the barbers interacted with the kids getting their hair cut. The kids loved the fish tank. We’ll be back. Plenty of parking on the square.

He is a very good vet we took our dog in for heritage surgery rabies shot and nails tried and he done a wonderful job he is where we go for now on

Sheerah is fantastic! Great atmosphere, very professional and knowledgeable! I would highly recommend going to see her. I have a frozen shoulder, and she has done wonders. My range of movement has more than doubled.

Not only are her deep tissue massages top-tier… but she’s also a wonderful person, who just genuinely cares about your wellbeing.Recently, I had terrible food poisoning, and when I was struggling to bounce back, she told me to come in for some much needed red light therapy, which finally made me feel human again… afterwards she mixed up a homemade anti-inflammatory tea blend, for me to take home. Pleasant experience for someone who doesn't get massages often. I felt comfortable, warm, relaxed and unexposed. Therapist has a few added touches that felt very relaxing but unique.
