I've had so many negative experiences with dental offices. This was NOT one of them! Corinne was extremely kindhearted. I told her that what she did for me is what I hope to do for my patients. I'm usually fine with dental procedures but had a small anxiety attack that she worked through with me. The doctor was efficient and nice. There was another assistant, Matt, who did nothing for me personally but I heard he was in control of the radio- Britney Spears and Cher got throu
Went here for about three years. Every six month check up I suddenly had 1-2 cavities that needed filled every single time. My husband had perfect teeth and never needed a filling until he came here, then suddenly he needed four. We went to another dentist (and have been for the past six years now) and they said my husband's teeth were still fine and didn't need fillings at all. Since I switched I've needed one single cavity filled one time. To add to the fun of this place they said I needed a crown so I did that. My new dentist says the crown was made too short and now I'm getting signs of decay on the bottom edge of it. I called Schroeder asking if my crown was covered under a warranty or anything and they wouldn't answer, instead insisting on me coming in so they could look at it. I wasted half an afternoon doing this and they still wouldn't tell me if it was covered. Eventually the dentist I talked to said if he had worked on this he would've made it longer to cover the area but in the end they offered to let me pay $900 to get the crown replaced after I got another root canal. Went to my current dentist and spoke to another dentist for a THIRD opinion and he said absolutely no to getting a root canal and they can just brush a little filling onto the area to maintain it until my insurance will cover the replacement in a few more years. Be wary of what dental work they say you need and insist on seeing your xrays before proceeding.
