Midtown Home Improvements came out to our home after completing another project in our neighborhood. Since moving in, we have had horrible temperature control on the first floor—air leaking in and out of nearly twenty year old windows. The salesman, Will, was extremely helpful and sensitive to our needs. We ended up buying eight windows, nearly replacing all on the first floor back in May. As I write this review, our temperature control has been much more manageable. Additionally, our utility bill typically soars over $400 (average billing) in the summer. Our new deck was completed in four days. Solomon, the sales rep, did an excellent job of explaining things and answering all questions. The on-site manager also answered all questions, and clearly was very experienced and knowledgeable. The construction job and appearance are excellent. Even the county inspector signed off and said that the deck build was a high quality job - and he is a former builder with 40 years of his own experience. We are very pleased with Midtown and our new deck!
