I am not one to ever review but I had to review how amazing my experience has been with Kraner Family Dentistry. I’m gonna be straight forward, I hate going to the dentist and because of that I let some things go a little bit. I had a terrible experience with my previous dentist office. I was searching for a new dentist and kept coming across Kraner family dentistry. So I figured I would try them out and I can finally say I don’t hate going to the dentist anymore. Dr. Mayfield is extremely thorough and professional but also very personable. I’ve never had a dentist where I feel like I can ask tons of questions and feel comfortable about it. The whole team is amazing. You walk in and the front desk is so nice and friendly. Molly was very helpful and thorough going over billing for me. I have bad gag reflex and dental assistant Ashley was patient with my X-rays. The dental hygienist Ashley with really nice and personable as well and did an awesome job with my cleaning and made me feel really comfortable. Not only do I not hate going to the dentist anymore but I actually look forward to my next visit. I keep talking about Kraner family dentistry to everyone and will keep suggestion it to others. Thanks Kraner family dentistry for being so awesome!
Dr Kraner and Jamie were amazing today taking care of my kids (13, 7, and 4) and I today! Also it was national coffee day and Dr Kraner bought all of his clients a coffee this morning from Travlin Toms Coffee Truck! Thank you so much!
I've been using this dentist for a couple of years and I absolutely love it! I've always had a great experience and all staff members are friendly and kind. They genuinely try to get to know you and make you comfortable throughout the process. I had Kristin and Dr. Matt today and they were fantastic!
