Using my brother's gmail account the staff was able to send my brother a code via text in order to access his account remotely. They stayed on the phone with him and walked him through the whole process. They were able to unlock and clean up the laptop which I picked up the next day! The $90 bill was more than reasonable. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.“
