Love, love, love this place! First of all, the service is excellent. Dr. Edward’s is amazing and you can see she sincerely cares about you and your pet. Secondly, everyone there is always so cheerful, helpful, and friendly. I’m so glad I brought my kitten there for care! They have an awesome location as well that’s easy to get to! I never wait very long in the waiting room and I always feel like I am listened to and not rushed. Highly recommend!!
I have had such an amazing experience every time I bring my dog in. When I call with a concern they take the time to understand and help me figure out the best plan of action. If they feel like they need to see my dog they have always been able to get her in to be seen quickly. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. The ladies at the front desk are always very friendly. I have a highly anxious dog and they really try to take the time and try to make her comfortable while being there. They are great at giving advice and guidance on what the best treatment plans are at the time. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a vet!
We love Animal Medical Center Wentzville! Dr. Lauren Edwards is amazing at answering all of our questions. She takes the time you need with your pet. We never feel rushed. She is patient with the pet and the owner making our pet feel at ease with her! We truly love the entire staff. Nikki makes you feel welcome immediately and shows great care for our pet! We highly recommend them for all your pet needs!
