I called on a Wednesday before a holiday weekend and had a technician at my home the following day.I thought my septic tank needed to be pumped due to a drain backup in my garage so I scheduled a pump out. Once ***** the serviceman arrived, he looked at it and thought the issue was a blockage between the drain and tank. He called his office and told them someone was needed to snake the line line from the drain to the tank.
