I called on a Wednesday before a holiday weekend and had a technician at my home the following day.I thought my septic tank needed to be pumped due to a drain backup in my garage so I scheduled a pump out. Once ***** the serviceman arrived, he looked at it and thought the issue was a blockage between the drain and tank. He called his office and told them someone was needed to snake the line line from the drain to the tank. Brandon was here 2 hours later to snake the line.This is the 2nd time I have used All Star and will not hesitate to call them again if I need their services. Both gentlemen were polite and friendly. They were honest in assessing the problem and did not try to sell me something I did not need. The price I paid for the service received was fair and the wait time was exceptional.Very refreshing way of doing business in 2023! I highly recommend All Star.
