The staff at Tender Care are so sweet to my cats. I really appreciate that the waiting room is usually empty when I arrive and depart to keep my pets calm. Staff also don't act rushed and are willing to listen to my questions and patiently respond.

I just want to say how grateful I am for the compassion and patience the Tinder Care staff had for me and our family last week when we had to put our beloved family dog Cooper to rest. At other vets they do it on a cold table but here they put you in a “comfort room” with a small couch, blankets, treats, rug, candles, and tissues. They let us spend time with him for as long as we needed and were genuinely empathetic with the situation. We never felt rushed. I was an able to hold and cuddle him for his last breaths and that meant the world to me. My baby boy was my everything. Tinder Care made a difficult choice a better experience. Forever grateful.
