Kaiut Yoga St. Louis

I have been practicing Kaiut with Kelly and Lori for several years - daily for the past 2.5 yrs. They are great! They have a personalized approach and can accommodate any level of practice: novice to veteran. Kaiut is gentle and unique. I have definite improvement in flexibility. Most classes are also offered virtually which is a wonderful option for scheduling and travel. Love this practice and this Kaiut team!
