I am at a fortunate advantage because I live less than a mile from Lisa’s office. That wouldn’t matter because I would travel over an hour to get to her. Without a doubt, Lisa is the best massage therapist I have ever been to. Her office is aesthetically pleasing and you are immediately welcomed by a very calm vibe of the trickling water feature in the room. She knows I like the table warm and always has the table adjusted to a comfortable setting. Lisa always tunes in very closely to what is going on with my body and is always keen to make sure she is not digging too deep into the tissue. The sessions are very soothing and border on euphoria when you have pain that needs immediate relief. She is very knowledgeable about human anatomy and issues that occur with muscles and ligaments. She is quick to offer suggestions for stretches and exercises to aid in recovery of troublesome areas. Lisa embodies the essence of healing, compassion and lifting the human spirit. I recommended many friends to Lisa and they are always extremely satisfied. Take my advise, Do this for yourself. You certainly deserve it!

After a couple years seeing a therapist out west, my office moved and the drive became inconvenient. I tried a few different people with mixed results when I found Lisa Glad. She is more intuitive than my past experience and has worked through a number of issues with me over the years. I can't wait to get back on the table!
