I had my first ever facial scheduled at Morganford Spa - Webster Groves. I unfortunately tested positive for covid late evening before my facial the next morning. I called in and initially was told the 100% same day cancellation cost stood but ultimately provided my covid+ results & was able to reschedule for when I was covid negative.I went for my appointment this evening. I was greeted at the front by Mary. She went over some of the product line that Holly would be using in the waiting area, offered me water, and a nice place to wait prior to my facial. Amazing massage by Heather! I also wanted to shout out the great customer service here! I accidentally went to the wrong location in tower grove and Sarah greeted me and was able to call the soulard location and let them know I would be a little late. She also moved my appointment a little to accommodate me driving to the other location. Overall, a great experience with Sarah's help and Heather being so accommodating and a great massage therapist!

Chelsea did a fantastic job. I requested to work a specific area which has had limited movement for awhile and after the visit, my shoulder regained significant movement once again. Appreciate Chelsea's work and attitude and plan to return again.
