“I had my first ever facial scheduled at Morganford Spa - Webster Groves. I unfortunately tested positive for covid late evening before my facial the next morning. I called in and initially was told the 100% same day cancellation cost stood but ultimately provided my covid+ results & was able to reschedule for when I was covid negative.I went for my appointment this evening. I was greeted at the front by Mary. She went over some of the product line that Holly would be using in the waiting area, offered me water, and a nice place to wait prior to my facial.
