This company was used by a neighbor and damaged my property without repairing it. They were repeatedly told not to put their ladders on my flagstones, did it anyway, and cracked several and destroyed a whole row of plants. Before this had happened, I had a few small repairs needed for siding and asked for quotes.They never provided the quotes, but after the damage they said that they'd make it right and do the repairs for free. I was somewhat circumspect, and before I could stop him, one of the workers sliced off the siding of a corner of the exterior to "get a paint match" to return the next day. Our roof was installed in early 2018. We were told we had a 10 year warranty. This summer we had a power outage, the electric cable within the wall, shorted out due to a leak in the roof. We contacted Tino Garcia the owner of the company who said we only had a 5 year warranty, (information that was disputed by several of his former employees), but that he'd do the right thing and send a crew out to fix the problem, just to give him 2 days, 7 days later when finally reached Tino who said he'd send a crew out. They did come out, however their "repair" failed. Water pours down the interior wall of our home. The interior damage can't be repaired until the roof is fixed.We have called and texted Tino, numerous times to affect a resolution. He's neither taken nor returned a call.We filed a complaint with the BBB, but he hasn't responded to them either. Like Eric B. we spoke to an attorney who said that we certainly have a case, but that a win would mean that Clayton Restoration would do the repair. We would be unable to trust their work.Our advice, is to run not walk away from them. Zero stars would be an accurate review.
