Dr. Tuck was absolutely amazing! She listened to all of my concerns, didn’t make me feel rushed at all and gave me all great solutions. I felt like she truly cared about me and wanted to help. 10/10!

To who ever said this place is going down hill fast. Then go somewhere else. And when you find out its the system letting the patients down., too bad you left the best staff around. They are awesome.

Great clinic, fantastic staff. They work above and beyond to help people, even in the midst of an awful pandemic. Folks sitting in waiting area don't know that staff behind the doors haven't eaten in 8 to 10 hours because they are running back and forth trying to get everyone seen in a timely manner. Healthcare is not drive-thru fast food. It's unreasonable to expect to get in and out when waiting area is full of people.If walk in clinics in our small town aren't good enough to take care of your immediate health issue, there are two emergency rooms in the Joplin area. Pick one, and brace for the bill.
