We LOVE our water Tamara is absolutely passionate about helping people!!! We are very thankful to be healthier and actually saving money now for 6 years. We have the whole house and the reverse osmosis drinking water system. NO more buying plastic bottles of water or refilling and dragging the 5 gallon jugs to our old water dispenser. It is amazing how little laundry detergent we have to use. Our appliances, coffee maker and shower never have any hard water buildup, so they are going to last longer. I'm an environmentalist at heart, so having Tamara help us to have the best water possible has been truly a blessing! Thank you, Tamara!!!

I booked with a Itzel for my hair cut. It's not easy finding someone who truly understands not just curly hair...but the different curly hair types. This woman knows her stuff. She has my undying loyalty when it comes to my hair. Best hair stylist I've ever been to. I'm bringing my daughter in when she's ready to cut her hair as well. Can't say enough! Thank you Itzel! If you live in the Joplin area and are on a tight budget I highly suggest you check these guys out. Got bed bugs from work and needed help. Wendell was very knowledgeable about bed bugs and was in and out fast with the heat treatment. This was because my house is fairly new and there was a chance I had bed bugs (results may vary based on square footage and infestation level) but we wanted to be safe and nick it in the butt. Based on Google results, heat treatment is the best way to get rid of bed bugs. Wendell is very approachable and did a heat treatment for my car as well. Price was reasonable. He was very responsive to my texts and inquiries even when we were on the fence about if we should spray or heat treat. He was also understanding. He was kind to our neighbors and did not makes us out to be unhygienic people when the nosey neighbors were curious on what was going on. (P.S. the heat treatment helps with smoke smell and bad smells in the home as well).

Granddaughter had a huge bedknot of hair on back side. Shannon did a fabulous job in giving her a wonderful short hair cut. Granddaughter was absolutely thrilled with result and she garnered numerous compliments from her teacher and 2nd grade classmates.

When I started therapy I was in a wheelchair thought I would be for the rest of my life. I broke my leg falling off a step ladder broke both bones in my leg the big bone spiral fractured the little bone in half have a plate a screws I went here for 3 years they got me out of wheel chair in 6 months onto a walker then onto a cane and some walking without cane awsome people and friendly the know what they are doing.

My female Great Dane had developed cancer and it started progressing fast so I had to make the decision to put her down so she could stop suffering, the people here are so amazing with animals and people. I just received a card in the mail with all of the employees signing it and nice saying about my girl , I couldn’t believe the effort that they took it made me cry. I will make an appointment for my male now that him and I just moved in to Joplin and I plan on this being the only vet I ever use . Thank you to all of you , Dave
