Recently it came time to have one of our fur baby's to pass over on the rainbow bridge. The staff were very understanding and caring and today we received a sympathy card from all the staff with their words of compassion and signatures. Included was a little square with our little doggie's paw print. This meant so much to us. Thank you all.

Love this place. My Siberian husky doesn't really like places and strangers. They are always very accommodating to us from checking in then we can go wait in the car till they get us . Straight to the room , and are very understanding from me staying with her all the time while they draw blood to shots , they let me control her and never try to be pushy . They say they are expensive, I got full rounds of shots and checkup for I think 100 bucks . Her simpecaro trio was almost more than the visit(they're cheaper than internet so no complaint just comparing that to the visit price). Totally recommend these people if you have a skiddish fur baby like myself.

Our little Toby ( a Maltipoo) injured his leg on Tuesday. I had called our vet clinic but they had no appointments available for over a week so was put on a waiting list. A friend suggested I try Cross Creek. I called them on Friday morning and they had us bring him in that afternoon even though we were not regular clients there. We can not say enough about the positive experience there. From the front desk staff to the vet tech and Dr TerMeer all treated our Toby and us with kindness and were so caring. Dr TerMeer took her time and explained the X-ray and lab results and her exam of Toby. They even called us this morning to check on Toby. We are very happy with their service.
