I travel to see the doctor and staff at OOInc for my eye health and eye wear. I had what I considered some very cute specs; the frames a locally crafted/sourced brand at that, and had enjoyed them for a little over a year when I rolled over on them on the couch, then sat on them, then attempted to shape the now bent arm back in place when it snapped completely off! I knew it was a risk yet considering the distance to their location from mine, I had no choice. Imagine my surprise when they told me to mail them back to see what they could do. A little more than a week later, a brand new pair, same exact brand frame and Crizal script lens was at my doorstop - in a new beautiful green case!! That is service well after the sale. We all have choices on doctors and brands, but when the service quality is as clear as your new specs - that takes the win! Thank you Obe Opt! 5 gold stars!!
