Zack and Tom showed up, dispatch notices were right on time.
The Techs went right to work, my old heat pump system was zero challenge to Zack.
Compressor capacitor was bad.
The men cleaned up the unit, confirmed cost of parts before replacing, tested the system was cooling and recirculating proper, buttoned the heat pump back together, closed the deal.
1 hour, diagnosed, repaired, and cooling again.

Chris and Jackson were great! They came out to look over my HVAC system and just make sure everything was running properly since I hadn't had it checked in many years. My ac/heat pump unit can be very finicky and I was VERY nervous to let anyone touch it but Chris was great! He was very knowledgeable, understanding, listened to my concerns. I could not have asked for better service or nicer people to work with. I will definitely be using them from here on.
