Our furnace went out and AHS sent Freedom out to fix it. We received a text confirming our appointment and a text that our technician, Keith was on the way with a tracker on where he was at. Keith was awesome, knew exactly what was wrong. Ordered the part and fixed it next day. So happy with our service!Very responsive, professional and friendly

Our heat went out yesterday so I went online to my home warranty. It was only a couple hours later when I got a text stating an appointment was made for between 8a-12p. Keith was at my door shortly after 8, was very friendly and professional. Had an awesome chat with him. He diagnosed the problem right away and got the furnace up and running! Very happy with Keith!
