Ok first off let me get my guilt in this out there right away, after a terrible terrible customer service experience for the third time mind you but still not an excuse I went completely off very vulgarly and super super unacceptable but I had a check I needed to cash and my boys and I went in on a Sunday around 8pm my first mistake I guess but immediately three people are behind the service desk arms crossed talking the one handling the register saw I was approaching and had the most grimacing face like she was so annoyed I came to the place I needed and was her job popping her gum asking me what I need no eye contact or personality whatsoever, well something didn't... read full review

Visited this locations Auto care department. I approached a Walmart employee named Andrew with a tire in my arms. First words out of his mouth "what do you want us to do with that?" Absolute worst Walmart out there. I live in warrenton, but would prefer to drive to wentzville if I need to go to Walmart. Every time I'm there, it looks like the world is ending. Shelves are empty, employees are just walking around, and lines for registers and self checkout are packed. Speaking of which, why force people to go to self checkout? Get some of your employees that are sitting on their ass to check people out. Funny that they'd rather see angry people waiting in a giant line for self checkout, instead of actually utilizing their checkout aisles. Disgusting store with disgusting management. I try to avoid it as much as possible.
