Ok first off let me get my guilt in this out there right away, after a terrible terrible customer service experience for the third time mind you but still not an excuse I went completely off very vulgarly and super super unacceptable but I had a check I needed to cash and my boys and I went in on a Sunday around 8pm my first mistake I guess but immediately three people are behind the service desk arms crossed talking the one handling the register saw I was approaching and had the most grimacing face like she was so annoyed I came to the place I needed and was her job popping her gum asking me what I need no eye contact or personality whatsoever, well something didn't work with the check and out walks the 0p coach manager whatever that is but v lines for the second unused register not looking up once, I asked him if he could help me answer a question and he just looked at me so offended gestures towards the drawer "(he was about to count, I've been in the service industry/bartender and did countless drawer count downs) like Um how dare you ask me something while I'm clearly about to do something even though I said "when you are finished can you please help me Bryan" using his name as a form to show my respect for what he's doing and to be personable because I know how to do that that's why I was good at my job for over 14 years!!!! So I immediately did get upset like is this really happening and said "wow third time at customer service after coming 3/4 times a week after moving here 3 years ago and first times Fran was awful to me and now you" then he had all this time to stop dead in his tracks make eye contact for the first time that night and said GET OUT i said why because I told you the truth? He said GET OUT came around the counter two feet in front of me and my sons and said it over and to threaten to call the cops, so we leave and again while doing so I am being very vulgar and inappropriate, but decided to come back a week later on a Monday with my husband and boys and were in there ten minutes and here comes Bryan and two police officers to escort us out lol oh and mind you he Bryan wouldn't let my husband buy what school supplies we had for my son even though he wasn't even with me during the altercation! I get a trespassing ticket so I call Nick? Mike? The general manager I believe only to hopefully get him to drop the trespassing because I'm actually really good friends with two of my neighbors who are warren county police officers and he had nothing to say about his employees only that I "insulted his staff and my vulgar reaction deserved it" so even if he called me back tomorrow and said hey your welcome anytime I would purposely pay double the price at mosers and schunks mosers especially because that is a "down home family staff" and well that just speaks for itself but schunks close second because even the stickers are always so happy to see you even 10 minutes before closing and being the mom of a two year old whose had plenty of those runs for milk ask if there's anything they can help me with the checkers give my 2 year old stickers he'll mosers one of the cashiers knows our family by name!! But never ever again will I go to Walmart but I was here to say I thought Nick was going to at least have something more to offer because while he did call me to get ahold of me after I missed him a couple times I'm not shocked on why this Walmart has a 2.1 rating and his entitled lazy hateful employees still have their jobs after I can be almost certain my complaints weren't the first!!!! Oh and I meant to add so my police neighbor actually went out of his way for me and Called Nick at Walmart to see if he would be willing to drop the trespassing since it wasn't him and it was already written up in the system he couldn't just "make it go away" and Nick I'm not sure what said or how but said no because he came to my door personally on his day off and said he was so sorry about the entir
Visited this locations Auto care department. I approached a Walmart employee named Andrew with a tire in my arms. First words out of his mouth "what do you want us to do with that?" I replied that I had called in and was told to get there before 6 to get tire fixed it was 5:15pm His response "I'm not fixing that today we are closed already" then I told him I called before coming in from an hour away. He then said "we'll go find someone inside who will change it since they told you wrong" Another gentleman said he would help and apologized for Andrews attitude. As I was waiting for tire to get fixed Andrew continued to make comments on timing and my thought process of coming to his store with only 45 minutes to go and that you don't get what you want. I come from customer service and service management. There is ways to approach a customer and a way to say things. This guy has no respect he is just simply there to punch the clock. If that's his attitude he should be kept under the lube stairs and away from customers.
Absolute worst Walmart out there. I live in warrenton, but would prefer to drive to wentzville if I need to go to Walmart. Every time I'm there, it looks like the world is ending. Shelves are empty, employees are just walking around, and lines for registers and self checkout are packed. Speaking of which, why force people to go to self checkout? Get some of your employees that are sitting on their ass to check people out. Funny that they'd rather see angry people waiting in a giant line for self checkout, instead of actually utilizing their checkout aisles. Disgusting store with disgusting management. I try to avoid it as much as possible.
