Highly recommended - my AC went out on a humid, 94-degree day. Schraer had a tech out in barely an hour. The tech (Shawn) was friendly, knowledgeable, and exceptionally competent. He promptly had the issue diagnosed and fixed and clearly explained the problem and solution, all for a very reasonable price.

Good experience with Chris. He showed me everything that was bad and told me what it would cost. After some conversation with him which I agreed with he gave me three estimates For all new ac units. Chris was very thorough on explaining everything
