“DRIVERS, have all your food, load info, navigation, and movies download before you get there as it's no cell service! I went to check in at shipping and receiving, but it was locked, because it was after 3pm. The sign on the S&R door tells drivers to check in at door #17 after 3pm. (They give you a number to call, but again no signal down there). Went inside (pretty chilly) called the ext. on the phone inside the caged area, but no answer. 30 seconds later someone saw me waiting and checked me in. They said the loads are normally precooled to 0°F or below. They tooke 40mins to start loading me but I was done in 30mins. Hope this helps.“
