Called to get a price on an item. They gave a quote that they said was good for 30 days , less than that and they won't honor the quote. Been doing business with them for many years. Incompetent employee. UPDATE!!!!!!! Received a call from the Branch Manager Steve Russell yesterday. Apologized for the incident and proceeded to make things right. Going above and beyond, he wanted to give us the item at no charge (Which we refused). Told him we would accept it at the price that was quoted. To add to that he is personally delivering it to us this morning. Our faith is restored in Mine Supply of Viburnum. THANK YOU!!!
