“I have known Mrs. Parson since I was a little kid when she was working on Page and Kingshighway. My mom and sisters used to sit in her chair. I understood that she moved to Delmar bc of an issue she had with the owner. It wasn't until I was in high school is when I started getting my hair done at her place.
