I have nothing but positive things to say about Dr.Bruns. She always gives me time to ask questions and is full of compassion. When faced with difficult decisions, I feel like she gives me honest answers to make the tough choices. She truly cares about our pets and giving them the best care for a quality life.
Miscommunication in the front office . Caused my dog 2 weeks of crate rest awaiting on a med approval when all along they had decided she needed an updated Well dog check But Noone called to tell me that , she had been seen 3 times in the 6 months prior to this .
this is a great place to take your pet - the staff & Drs. are very competent. They are a tad bit pricey for the area, but are knowledgeable. If I had my choice, I would take my pets to the Vet School in Columbia. They are much more reasonable, and you have up-to-date treatments.
