We seemed to be having ongoing A/C issues and I called our 'usual' A/C company where the receptionist gave her opinion on what the problem was, and offered an estimate to back up her diagnosis.....it didn't settle well with me. I decided to check into a local company, found Schieffer's online, and gave them a call.

How refreshing - the owner answered the phone, listened to the symptoms, asked the right questions and had the whole problem resolved and the house cooling within 3 hours of my initial call.
