Called in the morning and asked if I could make an appointment. Was told they weren't taking appoints walk in's only.. was told when I got there a 30 minute wait. I waited for an hour and 15 minutes. While people who got there after me were taken back bc they had appointments?????? 3 stars because the actual pedicure and eye brow wax was great.

Luxury Nails in Troy is my favorite place to go. They are all so friendly and very outgoing. When I go I usually see John or Huey, they are both great and do excellent work! 10/10 recommend!

Best experience ever! Went in got my eyebrows, full gel set, and a gel pedicure. Staff was friendly gentle and did a really great job. My feet are tender and difficult to let anyone touch but the staff was considerate. Felt amazing when I left. Will def be going back and bringing my girls to.
