Well we purchased a Cannon house second hand. I will say we had in electrical issue and we brought it to their attention, and they sent their electrician out to fix the problem. Even though they didn’t technically have to because we weren’t the original owners it was a potentially dangerous issue, and they came out and fixed it at no cost to us. There are things that I would say, in our house at least we’re done cheap, but overall it’s not a bad first time home buyer’s house.

We had a seamless experience with Cannon Builders from the beginning. Even with good ole covid looming over all aspects of the project we moved along right on time. I wouldn't hesitate using them again in the future and I tell everyone that will listen about the excellent experience we had! Thank you Cannon Builders for our lovely home
