We made the mistake of hiring a local comany to install our new flooring 3 years ago. I was tired of replacing broken vinyl planks due to the poor prep and installation process. I decided to talk to the people at Thayer Decorating. Great experience. The installers, Josh and Ron, were clean, neat, and always cheerful which made the 4 day project easier to handle in this small home. I can't say enough about the whole experience. From walking into the store, shopping, to completion. By far the best around.

OTR / delivery DRIVERS; call the store before going to store . The store warehouse is in a different place than the actual store. The dock is super tight, but slide your tandems to the front and pace yourself. Just don’t sit on the train tracks they are active. Two superrrr friendly men unloaded my truck. The service was amazing ! Make sure to call by 445p, they may wait around a few extra minutes for the delivery!!!!

I only spoke to one of the owners but she was very nice and sweet. You could hear and feel her smile over the phone. I know their work and it is EXCELLENT and very professional in every way. The work they do will and does stand the test of time.
