“In February this year, I signed up for a membership. While there were a couple of hiccups along the way such as getting double billed one month and getting a massage from someone who was not up to par, most of my experiences here have been nice and I finally found a suitable therapist that I really like! For the most part, the front desk staff has been friendly. I have only had massages here, but they do offer other things such as skin care services. Perhaps some day I will give it a try. For now, I am happy with my monthly massage and always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed after my 60-minute session. The place is clean and I've always had a wonderful massage whenever I come here, except the one time when the therapist basically wasted 15-20 minutes doing a percusion thing when I had specifically asked for a deep tissue. I made sure never to reschedule with that therapist again.“
