“We, Judy Jo Hutchison and Dodge Andersen own a wedding venue and discovered our AC was not working the night before a wedding while clients were setting up. Steve was there the next morning and was able to fix one unit good enough to get us by until the end of the weekend. He then called the next day and find out for us our compressor was still under warranty. He had it replaced and we were good to go for the next weekend. He is prompt, thorough, his very conscientious of our facility and our cost. Great communication!! He also does our maintenance twice a year. He makes things smooth as far as appointments go!!!
