I arrived on time for my "appointment" that I made a week in advance. Upon my arrival they told me they did not have me on the schedule. And that it would not be normal to have me on the schedule because they service the "regulars" at this time of the day. ????Needless to say I will not be back as this upset me???? And like ruined my whole day off!! ????????Service: Haircut

Excellent beautician. Kelly always strives to please her customers. She is a pleasure to talk with as she is doing my hair. I always get compliments from my friends after she does my hair. I highly recommend hairworks!
