I inherited my Grandad's guitar a little over a year and a half ago. It wasn't in terrible shape, but one could tell it was far from new. I have only been here once and it was an emergency. I had a pug that was having seizures non stop. Unfortunately she was in bad shape and she had to be put to sleep. The staff here were the gentlest and most caring people. They took her very gently and even let me hold her during her last few minutes. They made a very hard time and decision much easier for me. I would highly recommend this clinic. They really care about our little furry babies.

Joy is awesome! I have been growing my hair out for a few years and was really hesitant on getting it cut. I knew it needed to be done though for the sake of my hair! I told Joy what I wanted and she didn't just start cutting. She made sure every step of the way that I was going to be happy with it. She took the time to ask me, "is this is too short" or "is this going to be too drastic". I really appreciate the professionalism, courtesy and respect she showed me.
