I actually came in for a second time today (03/31/22) looking for some materials for a new wall project. I wasn't expecting to run into William, but I was really happy to due to the lack of knowledge some of the other employees showcased. “When I got quotes from Siding Repair Systems (SRS) I so deeply appreciated the clear explanations of my choices, learning which aspects would affect others, how the project could be done within my subdivisions design indentures, where costs could be flexible. My salesperson, Cory Feco, was so very patient and helpful. Though I was ultimately unable to move forward on the project at that time, I appreciated the honesty and integrity from SRS.<br><br>Months later I was ready to move forward with the project. We revised the estimates and requirements and then scheduled the siding replacement. My work team, lead by Mayker, was efficient, respectful, and listened to my requests for care of my garden and patio furnishings as the team moved through the project. I am not a hands-off person so any items that I noticed were incomplete or needed revision, they handled immediately. The yard, driveway, house and patio were left in excellent condition.<br><br>Since we had a hailstorm near the end of the project, I will be having the team back again to replace roofing, some siding, gutters, fascia/soffits.
