I brought in two winter coats. One, was a red, 30 year old London Fog filled with down and the other was a cream colored puffy coat. The red had at least a decades worth of general dirt and the cream had 2 stains plus dirty cuffs. I wish I had taken pictures of them before they were cleaned, because the result is astonishing! They are so beautiful and clean!!!! The red is as bright as the day I bought it and the cream is the same! Thank you! I will use you again!
I dropped off 2 coats for cleaning and asked how much it was going to cost. The employee said he did not know the cost, he was only an employee was his response. When I picked up my 2 coats, the bill was $60. The coats were cleaned properly and I have no complaint there. I think that was an excessive charge and will look for another cleaners next time.
The proprietors (Mr and Mrs Lee) could not be nicer or more welcoming. In spite of language differences, they are clearly appreciative of our business and treat my family like family. Especially my youngest son. They know him by name and ask about him regularly. We followed them from their previous location and they continue to treat us just as well. They are the perfect example of immigrants living the "American Dream". Please consider utilizing this business for any of your dry cleaning or alteration needs. We haven't regretted it for over 14 years.
