We believed we had a basement drain clog. Mike and John came out to inspect and service the issue. They were AWESOME!! They quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved it. We had them scope the sewer lateral as well. Mike took the time to thoroughly explain everything during the scope. He went out of his way to answer all of our questions and give us detailed info on maintenance. Would HIGHLY recommend him and Roto- Rooter!
